CLASSIC CHEESY MEATBALLS

Here we go again,another meatball recipe thats packed up with cheese and baked in milky sauce to add that milky sweetness to the meat.
                                 

                         (serves 3)
Ingredients
                        -  500g minced beef
                        -    1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
                        -  3 egg yolks  beaten
                        -  parmesan cheese,shredded
                        -  1 garlic clove,crushed
                        -1/2 fresh root ginger,grated
                        -  1 tspn ground basil
                        - 1 cup coconut milk
                        -  1 bunch fresh parsley
                        -  salt and pepper
                        -   olive oil
                         
                         
                                        METHOD
 1. In a medium sized bowl,put in the beef and season well with salt and pepper.
 2. Add the breadcrumbs,cheese,garlic,ginger and basil and stir well to mix all ingredients together.
 3. Drizzle olive oil generously to the mixture then add the beaten egg yolks.Continue stirring till the       mixture become sticky and can be formed into balls.
 4. Now is time to roll the meatballs.using your palms ,take a small handful of mince mixture and roll       into a ball.Do this to the rest of the mince.
 5. On a medium nonstick pan,heat 4 tbspn olive oil and fry the meatballs for 2-3 mins or till browned and half cooked.
 6.Add the coconut milk and season again with salt and pepper.Top with parsley and transfer into the      oven and bake for 3 min.
 7.Take out from oven and serve with your favourite accompaniment.
