NOODLES WITH CHICKEN & VEGETABLES STIR FRY
Noodles are adored by many ,including me because of their taste and fun in eating.They are rich in carbohydrates and are a good start for the day or even for lunch as they are a good source of energy.For even a better balanced dish ,i tried this recipe of noodles with chicken veg noodles and truly its a go for it recipe.
(serves 3)
Ingredients:
2 packets 120 g Indomie noodles, pre-boiled for 1 min
250 g chicken breast,cut into bite-able size
1 red onion,chopped
A handful french beans,cut into halves
1 yellow bell pepper,sliced
2 carrots,peeled and cut into wedges
1 tspn ajino moto
1/4 cup light soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp cooking oil.
METHOD
1. On a wok, heat the oil on medium -heat then add the chicken and start stirring to avoid sticking on the wok.cook for 1 and half minute or until chicken is no longer pink and is almost cooked.
2. Add the onions and continue stirring.cook till golden brown in colour.
3. Add the french beans,bell pepper and carrots.stir fry for 2-3 mins while tossing.make sure all vegies are soft and tender before adding the noodles.
4. Add the noodles,soy sauce and season with ajino moto,salt & pepper.cook while tossing for 1-2 mins then serve hot.
